Once you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Catchthemonkey.com Member and Website User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms of Use") and/or by using Catchthemonkey.com LLC's website, www.Catchthemonkey.com ("Website"), you, the Catchthemonkey.com Member ("You" or "Member") consent to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement, as well as those in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Website. You must be at least eighteen years old to be eligible to use the Website; however, if you are between fifteen and eighteen, you may use the Website provided your parent or legal guardian supervises you and also agrees to the details of this document. If you are between fourteen and eighteen, you agree that Catchthemonkey.com may presume that your parent or legal guardian has consented and is supervising your use.

Catch The Monkey is a trading name for Deal-Aid Ltd. We are registered in Ireland as Deal-Aid Ltd, company number 493962, with our registered office at Balbriggan Business Campus, Balbriggan Co Dublin and we will refer to our company in this document as CatchTheMonkey.com
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that will determine your relationship as a Member of Catchthemonkey.com and as a user of our Website.

These terms and conditions were most recently updated on the 6th February 2011. By using this Website, You agree to be bound to all of the terms and conditions in the Agreement. Only you have the right to use this Website and its use is not assignable or transferable to any other person or entity. The terms and conditions of this agreement, or that of our privacy policy, may be modified at any time without prior notification. Any changes to the Agreement or Privacy Policy will be found on the Website, which shall always contain the latest versions of each. We may also send you notice by email, although you agree that we are not required to do so. Any and all changes will be effective for all Members, however, no change to this agreement will ever affect Merchant Discount Vouchers that had been purchased and paid up by you prior to the date the change in the agreement was activated.

You acknowledge that although the Internet is typically a secure and safe environment, sometimes there are disruptions in service that are beyond Catchthemonkey.com's control and Catchthemonkey.com shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the Internet. While it is Catchthemonkey.com's mission to enable you to have 24hr access to our website, it is possible that, for reasons beyond our control, the website may on occasion be unavailable or offline for an unspecified period of time. You understand and acknowledge that from time to time access to the Website may be delayed or suspended. You will be given a Password and it is your responsibility to ensure this is not disclosed to any third party. You acknowledge that Catchthemonkey.com has the sole right to modify any feature on the Website at any time for any reason, including, when it is accessible.

Without first obtaining the written consent of Catchthemonkey.com, You must not transfer or post any data or material that in any way infringes upon the rights of third parties, or anything that is an invasion of privacy, is unlawful, libellous, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable, or which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, Catchthemonkey.com retains the sole right of discretion to restrict a Member from using the Website. You are strictly prohibited from using the Website in any way to solicit anyone for anything or to advertise religion, commerce or anything else.
You expressly agree that use of this website is at your sole risk. Neither catchthemonkey.com, nor any of their respective managers, employees, directors, shareholders, agents, merchants, third-party content providers or licensors, warrant that use of the website will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to;

1. the results that may be obtained from use of this website, or
2. the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or discount vouchers provided through this website. This website is made accessible on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Your Hardware

Limitation of Liability

Regardless of the damage or injury claimed by you in no event shall catchthemonkey.com be liable to you for any special, incidental, direct, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this agreement, use of the website, or related to the discount vouchers. In no event will catchthemonkey.com's liability exceed the aggregate amount paid by member for catchthemonkey.com's discount vouchers for the six months preceding the date a claim is made against catchthemonkey.com. Additionally, you agree to indemnify catchthemonkey.com from any claims related to any product or service of a merchant. This includes any omission or action of the merchant that results in injury or damage to you.

Your Privacy

From time to time Catchthemonkey.com may allow Members to post certain communication on the Website. This generally takes place in chat rooms, message board, and forums. You acknowledge that anything you post is not confidential and is visible to Catchthemonkey.com and all registered users. This may be shared with anyone at anytime. Once you post information or data on the Website that posted data becomes the property of Catchthemonkey.com and you acknowledge that Catchthemonkey.com may use that post for any reasons it desires. Outside of voluntary information, which you post yourself, any and all information you provide to catchthemonkey.com in order to set up your account with us will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be governed by our privacy policy at all times. Terms of the Agreement

Catchthemonkey.com may terminate this Agreement with You at any time for any reason whatsoever. This will include any usernames and passwords issued to you in order that you may access the Website.

Discount Voucher Terms and Catchthemonkey.com's Customer Guarantee

Discount Vouchers purchased and printed from the Website are offered by Catchthemonkey.com on behalf of Merchants that participate with Catchthemonkey.com. The Discount Vouchers are purchased in exchange for either good or services and are typically at a discount from the actual cost. When you place an order with Catchthemonkey.com (in response to an offer) for one of the Merchant's Discount Vouchers, You are agreeing to be bound by conditions of the Discount Voucher. In order to purchase a Discount Voucher from Catchthemonkey.com, You must establish an account with us. We require that you have an account with a password so that you can;

1. make offers to purchase the Discount Voucher;
2. print Your Discount Vouchers;
3. review Your Discount Voucher purchase history; and
4. safely pay for Your Discount Vouchers

Discount Vouchers purchased by you through our Website are redeemable for goods or services by the participating Merchant. You acknowledge that the participating Merchant is the seller (not Catchthemonkey.com) of the Discount Voucher and the corresponding goods or services. You acknowledge that all Discount Vouchers offered through Catchthemonkey.com are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Merchant's sale terms and conditions. All purchases can avail of a seven day cooling down period from the date you notify Catchthemonkey.com of your intention to buy through the website and not seven days from when your card was charged or your account debited. No refunds will be offered by Catchthemonkey.com once a voucher has been redeemed with the relevant merchant. Once a voucher has been redeemed all queries for said purchase must be directed to the merchant. All refunds offered by Catchthemonkey.com will be in the form of credits to your online account with Catchthemonkey.com. Under no circumstances will Catchthemonkey.com offer refunds in the form of cash.

Catchthemonkey.com's Discount Vouchers contain a redemption expiration date ('Expiration Date'). The Expiration Date is published on the Discount Voucher. Please pay careful attention to the Expiration Date to ensure you timely redeem the Discount Voucher. If you fail to redeem the Discount Voucher by the Expiration Date, You will not be able to redeem the Discount Voucher and you will be unable to receive the discount offered by the Merchant. Additionally, in the unlikely event that a Merchant fails to honour the Discount Voucher prior to its expiration, Catchthemonkey.com agrees to provide You with a full credit to Your account (in the amount You paid for the Discount Voucher) which credit may be used for the purchase of a future Discount Voucher offered by Catchthemonkey.com. In the event you are unable to redeem Your Discount Voucher for the reasons stated hereinabove, the credit is the only type of reimbursement that you shall be entitled to receive. You will not be entitled to cash or any other form of reimbursement other than the credit. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Catchthemonkey.com will not provide a credit reimbursement simply because you are dissatisfied with Merchant's product or service. If you believe that you qualify for a credit reimbursement, please send us written notification outlining the reasons why you qualify, along with a request for credit reimbursement, within thirty (30) days of your attempt to use the Discount Voucher to: Refund Department, Catchthemonkey.com Balbriggan Business Campus, Balbriggan Co. Dublin
Many of the offerings made through Catchthemonkey.com are for Restaurant Coupon Vouchers. The following are terms and conditions that apply to Restaurant Coupon Vouchers. These terms and conditions are in addition to all others in this Agreement and to those specific to the restaurant selling the Discount Voucher.

1. The frequency of when you may redeem Your Discount Vouchers may be found on the Website during the offer.
2. You may not share any other vouchers or coupons or promotions with the Discount Vouchers, unless the merchant otherwise agrees.
3. Unless the merchant otherwise agrees, Discount Vouchers may not be applied to tips, or taxes.
4.  Unless the promotion merchant provides otherwise, the Discount Vouchers are only valid for the time period specified at the time of sale.
5. No one is authorised to sell, transfer, or reproduce any Discount Voucher

In relation to other products and services offered on the site, these too may not be redeemed with any other offer. The merchant reserved the right to refuse to accept unrelated vouchers in addition to that of those purchased through catchthemonkey.com.
